Problem
Since its inception in 1987, members of Entrepreneurs’ Organization have been building a global network to serve the unique needs of the complete entrepreneur. This innovative process has sustained a growing organization that has withstood—even flourished—during times of economic uncertainty, and now with a global footprint in more than 53 countries.
Four years ago EO sought an outside partner to help assess, stabilize, and optimize its existing technology network. EO also sought to determine whether its network management should continue as insourced or move to an outsourced solution.
